On the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream in downtown Seoul, hundreds of lanterns, each with a really unique design and stroy, will be lit here. The lanterns are handmade, and are made by local citizens or international artists.
People can paticipate in the making of the lanterns, as well as floating them into the water for good luck. They can also participate in wish hanji hanging, which is traditional paper.
